Travel, travel, travel

I know when we hear the words "travel, travel, travel" it kinda sounds glamorous and fun! But how come non of those words really come to mind when 'we' travel?! :- )

As we prepare to head back to Indonesia we must go through the sadness of closing doors, but then there’s happiness of opening new ones. After God allowing us to spend 10 months in New Hampshire and working through the experience of seeing Joanna graduate to a much better place it is time for us to continue to move on in what the Lord has for us. We have said our good byes to family & friends in NH and arrived here to California last Thursday. We’ll be here in the Temecula area until late March when we fly back to Indonesia to finish our nation language study and then (Lord willing) we’ll be moving into the Taliabu tribe.

As we spend our last few months here in the United States, we’ll be filling our time with family & friends, and speaking/sharing about missions in Indonesia with churches, youth groups, small groups, & home meetings. If you’re in the Southern California area and have a possible speaking opportunity or maybe you’d just like to hang out or just enjoy a meal together, just drop us a line if you haven't already! ; - )

As for this week, we’re excited to be driving (not excited about the driving part!) to Arizona to visit my Mom and her church while also having the added blessing of Ruth’s sister Beth and her family driving up from Mexico (also NTM missionaries) for a big last hurrah visit with them before we leave.

Thanks so much for your prayers for us durning this last year! It’s been a crazy, hard year but we continue always to see God’s faithfulness through it all.

Going Tribal for Jesus!

Does this mean you found the cord for your camera? We miss you all, but we are so grateful for things like a blog that can keep us in touch. Keep posting pictures =D
