Well...... Safe but maybe not so Sound!

Our first day back has been a bit rougher then expected!!! Our flight landed at about 8:00pm and then by the time we finished dinner and got to bed it was probably about 11:00pm. Going to bed that late is not normal for us (mind you we're coming out of a 15hr time change!). So of course I (Ben) wake up at about 4am and can't get back to sleep. So I hang out and do some emailing etc. until 8:00am when I start to feel sick and very tired. Normally our girls are up at 6:30/7:00 but on this morning we all didn't wake up until 10:30am (very NOT normal for us!). Ruth and I both had headaches and felt pretty weird. I then started to have diarrhea, puked and I kept burping this sulfur smell (pretty gross)! Ruth then also puked and didn't feel good for most of the day. I blame the diarrhea and throwing up on the air plane food! Praise the Lord though, our girls have been doing great! They are such troupers with putting up with all this. Although, I'm witting this to you at 1:25am because they can't seem to sleep (wonder why?). So I thought it best to sit in the room and guard! :)

Please be praying that over this next week our schedule would slowing come around and get back to normal. We have a big time change to get over and we've already been feeling reverse culture shock here and there....

Rough! We will be praying for you all. You all seem to get sick a often. Is this common for Missionary's or are you special?
