Raising the Roof. Wait, I mean the Bed!

Ruth belly pains still come and go and in an effort to help the situation Ruth's Mom suggested a home remedy. During her Mom's last pregnancy she had a lot of contractions as well so something you can do to help is to raise the foot of the bed 4'' to 6'' inches to help relieve some pelvic pressure! Sleeping like this takes some getting use to though.

I'm just glad we haven't had any noise bleeds yet!

You ever have to do anything like this? How did it go?

I didn't have to sleep like that but now that I think of it maybe I should have! Because Bennett wouldn't go "head down" while I was pregnant I had to put the ironing board on the sofa and the floor like a big ramp and lay on it with my feet up and my head on the floor for 10 min, 2 times a day! It was not very fun at all but it worked eventually!

Ruth I will be praying for you!

Too funny! YES, I'm sure it has taken some getting used to!! My first thought was... Oh, they are doing a gallbladder cleanse! Seriously it was, but I did totally understand and realize what you guys were doing. :) Hope this is helping you, Ruth! :) Hugs.
