And it Begins...

Over Christmas break we purchased our first items in preparing for the mission field... bags! The Jackson’s & Everson's did a lot of looking around and found that L.L. Bean had the most affordable, good quality bags.

Heres a list of why we like the L.L. Bean Duffle bags:

• Less likely to get damaged compared to a suitcase
• L.L. Bean has a life time guarantee of being able to return for any un-satisfaction.
• When flying to a tribe in a 5 seater plane the pilot likes duffle bags because you can smash/cram them anywhere (same applies for a car)!
• Its nice to have the same color & print bags for easy finding when coming off the plane or having someone else pick them up if need be.
• The bottom of the bag is water proof and the rest of the bag is water resistant!
• And when the trip is all said and done and you’ve unpacked they all store inside of each other!

So why are we telling you all this? Well for one thing if you know of any missionaries that are leaving for a while you can pass on the good info. Also we wanted to let you know that they make good gifts… Even though we bought 4 we’re going to probably need 6 more before leaving for Indonesia.
