Basinet

In our ever getting ready for this new little girl (not here yet!) to arrive I made a basinet on wheels. The school here has a lot of old wood in a barn on campus. The wood was donated a long time ago but with a little care it cleans up really nice!
This is the first piece of furniture that I’ve ever made! I think it turned out pretty good :) The drawer was pretty tricky to make and had a really bad sticking problem but thanks to Cynthia Mushaluk’s advice I rubbed it down with a bar of soap. Now it works wonderfully!
